This is a beginning to Water Polo basics Goals: Learn the game of WaterPolo and increase your swim and fitness skills Pre-requisites: need to be able to swim and tread water for shorts periods

For our more skilled and intermediate players. We learn technique, rules, and work extensively on fitness and strength building

Pre-requisites: Beginning water polo

To our most advanced students. Learn advanced skills of water polo, become a competitive player. Grow your strength and commit to the sport.

Pre-requisites: commitment to the sport and a daily fitness regime.
